1.工作原理 working principle

  经蒸煮后的熟料从料口进入,由于两根螺杆的螺距沿出料端逐渐减少、螺旋芯轴却逐渐增大,所以位于二轴螺槽内的原料就被逐渐压缩, 产生的压力可达1.5MPa以上。随着原料的不断压缩,汁水不断地从不锈钢滤网的筛孔中流出,滤网孔径从4.5mm到1mm由大到小排列,汁水汇集到汁水斗中,,并从出口流入汁水池,榨饼从料口落下,经螺旋输送机进入干燥机。
